RETURN POLICY


Returns

At DAS Decor we encourage mindfulness when purchasing and we hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your product. 

We do not refund due to change of mind, however we are happy to exchange for store credit or another item, strictly with proof of purchase within 14 days.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in saleable condition, with original tags attached. If you exceed 14 days, we are unable to offer you a store credit or exchange.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. 

A 5% fee will be charged on all refunds unless items are damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return please mail your item/s to us and include a note specifying your order number, request for a refund/exchange and reason why.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend customers use registered or traceable post.

Please allow 10 business days from our receipt of your item for us to issue a refund/store credit.

DAS Decor reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange of the item returned if it does not meet the requirements of our above returns policy.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for change of mind within 14 days of receipt of the item. If you need to exchange your item/s, please contact us at designandstyle@outlook.com.au and let us know the item/s you wish to exchange for and post your unwanted order back to us by following the above instructions in our Returns Policy.

Due the nature of our unique one off range of wares, we cannot guarantee that your preferred exchange item will be in stock. Please note if we do not have your preferred exchange item in stock, we can offer a store credit to the value of your purchase (that can be used online or in our showroom).

Warranty + Faulty items

DAS Decor does not offer a period of warranty on our products, however would like to be contacted in the case that a customer has a fault with a DAS Decor product. We care about our lovely customers and are passionate about facilitating an excellent customer experience, resolutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The assessment of an item being "faulty" is at owners discretion pending proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable

At DAS Decor we pride ourselves on sourcing items of quality, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item please email us at designandstyle@outlook.com.au with photos and a full description of the fault so we can assess and arrange exchange of your item.
